Sean & Erica are great family friends and we had a blast shooting downtown Portland near the Saturday Market. Sean and Erica have been married for 7 years and their time to be mommy and daddy has finally come. Erica, being 3 months pregnant, contacted me in hope to get some shots in before the baby bump arrived. They specifically stated they wanted a portrait infront of the 'Portland Oregon' sign. I was curious what the reason was..On their first date, these two crazy love birds climbed (illegally) to the very top of the sign and took a seat on top of reindeers nose! My jaw dropped..Sean said after she made that climb with him, he knew she was the one ha! What a fun story they had over such a monumental piece of Portlands history.
